Is this safe?
Yes. Nothing leaves your network — the tool runs directly on your Fishbowl server. No data is sent to the cloud or the internet.
How long does install take?
About 10 minutes. After that, you use it in your browser.
Can we undo changes?
The tool makes backups and logs everything. You’ll always have a record to fall back on.
What gets fixed when we merge?
All orders and vendor parts are moved to the record you keep, and the duplicates are marked inactive so they don’t cause problems again.

Does it work for both Customers and Vendors?
Yes. You can merge duplicate Customers or duplicate Vendors, whichever you choose.
Is this built into Fishbowl?
No. Fishbowl doesn’t have a merge feature. This tool removes all the manual clicks normally required to move information into the correct accounts.

Cleanup Sprint is a one-time project where we do the full duplicate cleanup for you. That includes:

  • Running the merges under your supervision
  • Delivering a before/after report so you can see the results
It’s meant for companies that don’t have time to do the work themselves. Pricing runs $3k–$7.5k depending on how many duplicates you have.
